The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service. You’ll act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for educating customers on our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and text based tickets
Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions
Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide best in class customer service
Coordinate resolution of customer complaints; reshipments, refunds, etc.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer service role is a must
Proven record of successful customer relationship management
Excellent communication and a positive attitude
Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a plus
Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
