MrFix Cell Phone and Computer Repair is a reputable repair service company located in Virginia, USA. We specialize in repairing cell phones and computers as well as buying and selling devices. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from customers across different locations. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing information about our repair services, and assisting customers who are following up on their transactions and concerns. Knowledge of RingCentral is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers across various locations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with scheduling repair appointments and follow-up services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Assist with other general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in handling inbound calls or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with using RingCentral or similar communication platform is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to commit to full-time hours and work according to EST time zone.
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule of 8 hours between the store hours of 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST work hours (Full-time, 40 hours, flexible)
Salary: $400 per month plus bonuses ($700 – $800 approx. total)
