Hey there! Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Customer Service Rep! This is a full-time position with a booming e-commerce company that sells amazing kitchen products.
You would be responsible for maintaining the happiness and loyalty of our clients through prompt answering of calls and emails.
We are looking for a creative and emphatic VA with a good work ethic, can work under pressure and a go-getter attitude in keeping tasks done.
What You Bring to The Party:
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of working with email, word processing software and spreadsheets.
? Fluent English writing, speaking and comprehension.
? Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Shopify are preferred.
? Knowledge of online tools such as Google Voice, Slack, Customer Service Omnichannels.
? Phone soft skills such as active listening, empathy and problem solving.
? Fast, reliable internet connection of at least 5 mbps. Personal computer or laptop that can handle numerous tools at the same time.
? Decent headset with noise-canceling features and good microphone that provides no audible background distractions.
