In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. ## **Responsibilities**

– Greet and welcome customers both in-person and over the phone with a positive demeanor.
– Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– Manage customer service issues, including complaints and disputes, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
– Work closely with the laundry team to ensure that orders are completed to the customer’s satisfaction and inform customers of any delays or issues.
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
– Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend new services or promotions based on customer feedback.

## **Requirements**

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– High school diploma; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
