Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage our company’s email correspondence with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information through email. They will also need to maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints through email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Answer Inbound calls (Customer Inquiries)
Perform Outbound Calls to resolve customer issues
Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services
Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or senior management when necessary
Maintaining accurate records of all email correspondence with customers
Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolving any outstanding issues
Keeping up-to-date with product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Collaborating with other departments, including sales and marketing, to provide exceptional customer service
Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Contributing to the development and implementation of new customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and email management software
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Flexibility to work in the US timezone (Eastern Standard Time), including evenings and weekends, as needed
Experience in managing customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, and phone.

Physical Demands:
This job requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:
Remote Work Set Up, amenable to work in Eastern Standard Time (US)

The salary range for this position varies based on experience and qualifications.
