Our client provides dangerous goods compliance training and consulting to our customers to allow them to comply with the relevant regulations and also utilize best practices when dealing with dangerous goods. Their training is delivered as self-paced online e-learning, instructor-led virtual classrooms and face to face training in person.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide prompt and friendly assistance to
customers via phone, email, and online chat, addressing
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer
experience.
Registration and Enrolment: Guide customers through the
registration process for online and in-person training courses,
ensuring accuracy of information and completion of required
steps.

Training Information: Answer questions related to course
content, training schedules, pricing, and any other general
inquiries to help customers make informed decisions.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
with the online training platform, assisting customers with login
problems, accessing course materials, and other technical
challenges.

Client Communication: Communicate important updates,
reminders, and follow-ups to clients through various channels,
including email, phone calls, and messaging.

Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer
feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and work closely with
the management team to continuously improve training services
and customer satisfaction.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer
records and interactions in the company’s customer relationship
management (CRM) system.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to
other back-office functions, ensuring invoices are sent out on
time and that they are accurate.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including
trainers and sales representatives, to ensure seamless
customer support and a cohesive training experience.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in promoting training
services, upselling course offerings, and converting leads into
registrations
