Customer Service Representative

I am looking for a ¾ time (30 hours per week) customer service representative to work during business hours in the United States. The hours are Monday-Friday from 6AM to 11AM Pacific Time.

Initially you will work with myself and our Social Media/Shopify Store Manager to learn the ins and outs of our brand and how we manage customer tickets. The primary objective is to respond to customers in a timely manner and to go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience with Frontline Optics.

Our Customer Service Management is done utilizing the software program Gorgias. Previous experience with Gorgias is not required but highly desirable.

The perfect candidate will have:

Fluency both in written and verbal of the English Language: REQUIRED
Experience with Customer Service/Call Center: REQUIRED
Ability to work autonomously: REQUIRED
Experience with Shopify: Highly Desirable

About Me:

I am a retired Firefighter/Paramedic in California and have founded a sunglasses brand (Frontline Optics) targeted at First Responders (Police, Firefighters, Paramedics and Nurses) I became a First Responder in 2012, prior to that I had a business background in sales, computer security and nightlife entertainment. I am married with 3 young children, and I enjoy camping, traveling and formula 1 auto racing.

In addition to my business I teach at a local college in the Paramedic Program and work periodically on an ambulance for “fun”.
