Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their request
– Outbound calls to confirm jobs
– Providing administrative support to the team
– Assisting with scheduling and organization of technician’s work.
– Data Entry and sending emails to customers
– Communicating with clients and team members via email and phone
– Handling new tasks and learning quickly to support the team
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications:
· Excellent in English communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Previous customer service experience is a plus
· Knowledge with Google Drive is a MUST.
