Position Type: Remote, full-time
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 9:30am-5:30pm (EST time zone)

About the Company: We are a leading distributor of branded corporate gifts, based in Ontario, Canada. We work with international luxury brands and supply to multinational corporations across the USA and Canada.

I. Responsibilities:

– Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, chat, and other communication channels.
– Resolving customer issues, handling returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Managing inbound sales orders and ensuring timely fulfillment
– Assisting the sales team and management team with admin work
– Managing the procurement process, placing orders with suppliers, coordinating domestic and international logistics, and monitoring delivery timelines
– Keeping track of inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and maintaining accurate records.

II. Requirements:

– Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel: Ability to work with spreadsheets, analyze data, and create reports.
– Adaptability to New Tools: Willingness to learn and adapt to new customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools as needed.
– Fast and Stable Internet: A reliable and high-speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and work efficiency.
– Availability in EST Time Zone: The ability to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to ensure effective collaboration with the team and customers.
