A customer service team member will be the connection between ClearHome Self Storage and its current and potential customers. A successful candidate should be able to sell new and potential customers on the benefit of storing with ClearHome while also being able to solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries. While working, the team member should keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
• Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Learn about ClearHome properties and be able to discuss and tell customers about the facility features and benefits
• Work directly with on-site employees to address any issues and provide 5-Star customer service
• Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer questions and issues
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to better the customer experience
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and drive Protection Plan sign-ups
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile – delivering 5-Star customer service and obtaining 5-Star online reviews
• Communicate regularly with management on performance statistics, wins and any opportunities. Open lines of communication are a must, we love to hear your ideas
• Meet personal/team goals
• Must be reliable and energetic
• Follow and utilize ClearHome scripts, policies, and procedures
