Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by phone, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services.
• Actively listen to customers’ concerns, empathize with their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to educate customers about our products, promotions, and policies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, documenting interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns, trends, or opportunities for process improvement.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to adapt to changes in processes or procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
