Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a fun, friendly customer service specialist to assist with handling all customer correspondence. This position will require assisting our online customers via phone calls, live chat, and email support. This is a long-term, remote (work-from-home) position. We will provide training.
Job Responsibilities (including, but NOT LIMITED to):
-Assist all types of customers (New Sales, Current, and Return Customers) using all channels (Chat, Email, SMS, and Phone) whether outbound or inbound.
-Communicate in a courteous and professional yet friendly manner
-Provide accurate quotes
-Perform other duties as assigned
Working Schedule:
-40 hours/week
-8 hours/day
-Morning CST (might change depending on availability)
-Monday through Friday (might change depending on availability)
-1 hour unpaid lunch
-Two 10min paid breaks
Qualifications:
-Can adapt to any changes that will help the company, your department, and, of course, you grow.
-Capable of thinking for the whole and collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
-Fluent in verbal and written English
-Must have good friendly verbal communication skills
-Must have the ability to read, write, and perform simple math
-Must be able to handle multiple tasks
-Must have the ability to operate with little supervision
It is not required, but it is a plus.
-Knowledge of car parts is a plus!
-Sales experience
-Lead Generation
-Experience with ReAmaze, Shopify, JustCall, Asana, Google Workspace
