Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Health Is Wealth Marketing, LLC. you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships, providing assistance, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Multi-task and manage several interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.
Uphold a deep understanding of our services to provide insightful assistance to customers.
Strive for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Proficient in multi-tasking and handling multiple interactions simultaneously.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup with back up devices, power and internet
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Availability to work in Pacific Standard Time Zone including weekends and holidays as needed.
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
