We are looking for a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER LIAISON who can handle the needs of a fast-growing company.

A Customer Account Manager Liaison typically handles various responsibilities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and facilitating communication between the customer and the company. While specific duties can vary depending on the industry and company, here’s a general list of tasks a Customer Account Manager Liaison may perform:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates.
Oversee and manage customer accounts.
Track account performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems and provide solutions.
Provide training on products or services to ensure customers can use them effectively.
Gather customer feedback to understand their experiences and preferences.
Use customer feedback to improve products, services, or processes.
Manage contracts, agreements, and service-level agreements with clients.
Ensure that both parties adhere to the terms and conditions.
Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Support the sales process by providing information and insights on customer needs.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Use data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to retain customers and prevent churn.
Implement loyalty programs or initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.
Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to meet customer needs effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
Stay informed about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Handle and resolve conflicts or disputes with clients in a diplomatic and constructive manner.
