Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is a key social position on the marketing team for Purelife Organics.

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

This person will:
** Respond to incoming calls, customer emails and live chats
** Assist customers with assessing programs
** Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution
** Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
** Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools
** Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
** Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
** Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
** Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

The ideal candidate should have:
** Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
** Track record of over-achieving quota
** Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
** Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
** Customer orientation and ability to adapt
** Fluent in English both written and oral
** Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
** Ability to work remotely in a quiet work environment without distractions

Previous Experience Utilizing (Not a requirement):
** Zendesk
** Shopify
** Clickbank
** Slack
** Skype
** Ticketing Systems
** Chat Support

Required:
** University/college degree is an asset
** Reliable high-speed internet connection
** Previous experience working in customer service
** High-quality laptop/desktop with headphones, at least i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM.
** Quiet and dedicated work environment for incoming and outgoing calls.

Work Type: Part-Time position, with the potential to be full-time,32 hours weekly
Work schedule: Monday – Friday 10 AM – 4PM ET // 10 PM – 4AM PH Time. Shifts within 6 am to 11 pm ET Weekends (negotiable).
Salary Range: Php 22,000 – 30,000 monthly, DOE
