We are , a US-based company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support representative with excellent administrative skills. Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
You would work directly for our Director of Operations. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years and have offices in Southern California. You will enjoy working with us and 9 of our other Filipino team members. You will have fun and learn a lot!
Your daily responsibilities would include:
– Research new account requests and update ticket notes in the Zoho Desk cloud app
– Conduct online research to fulfill orders and/or assist customers
– Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat using Zoho cloud apps
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Candidates with experience in customer service in any industry are welcome to apply but you must have excellent English skills (both written and oral). It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
* Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc
* Zoho writer (they work the same as Microsoft Word and Google docs so if you know these, you can easily learn Zoho writer)
* Zoho Sheet or Google Sheets (they work the same as Microsoft Excel so if you know Excel, you can easily learn Zoho Sheet or Google Sheets)
* Gmail and other email applications (most of our work is done inside Zoho which has our Gmail g-suite integrated).
* Communications apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Cliq (it’s like Slack but from Zoho), FB messenger, Google Meet, Zoom, etc
* Project management software (Trello, Google Docs)
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus, Jing)
* Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Toggle)
* Canva graphics app knowledge is a plus but not required
This is a full-time position. This position is for an 8-hour workday from 6:00AM – 2:00PM Pacific Time (10:00PM – 6:00AM Philippine Time). After the 6-month probationary period, you’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 6 paid holidays per year.
The starting salary is $800 USD monthly. You’ll be paid twice per month on the 2nd and the 16th via Wise. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, and attendance.
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
