We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who is dedicated to join a growing team. We have multiple webshops in the e-commerce and we need a new Customer Servce Representative because our business is growing.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support across multiple ecommerce shops within our network.

Zendesk Expertise: Utilize Zendesk, our preferred customer support platform, to manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.

Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly, efficiently, and to their satisfaction, ensuring their loyalty to our brands.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers through email, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Order Tracking: Assist customers with order tracking, shipping information, and returns processing.

Feedback and Improvement: Provide valuable insights and feedback to help improve our products, services, and customer support processes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the ecommerce industry.

Zendesk Proficiency: Proficient in Zendesk.

Excellent English Skills: Exceptional written communication skills in English.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
