Position Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a meticulous and dedicated Credit Repair Customer Service Agent to adeptly manage our simple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The chosen candidate will be important in sustaining open communication with our clientele and ensuring the frictionless operation of our digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Diligently manage and uphold our CRM, keeping all client data accurate and current.
Engage with clients via email and chat, delivering premier service and resolving any inquiries in a short time frame.
Utilize templates within our system to craft and send digital letters representing clients.
Track the progress of disputes and conduct necessary follow-ups.
Assure swift and precise responses to customer feedback or queries.
Work hand-in-hand with fellow team members to refine our processes and heighten our service quality.
Qualifications:
Previous role in customer service, ideally within the credit repair sector.
Stellar English communication capabilities, with impeccable grammar.
Acquaintance with CRM platforms.
Sharp attention to detail, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with Credit Repair Cloud and Smart Credit software is a distinct advantage.
