Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing top-notch support to our valued customers. This remote position based in the Philippines requires you to work during the night shift to align with our business hours. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional English language skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

-Efficiently and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other communication channels.
-Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
-Collaborate with other team members to address and solve customer problems that require additional assistance or escalation.
-Utilize Zendesk, ChatGPT, and other customer service tools to effectively manage and organize customer interactions.
-Continuously update knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and support.
-Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
-Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve overall customer service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

-Must be based in the Philippines and willing to work the night shift (9 PM to 5 AM Philippine Time).
-Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
-Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
-Familiarity with customer service tools such as Zendesk, live chat applications, and GPT.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-A reliable and stable internet connection, as well as a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
