Responsibilities:
Answering Inbound Calls: Be available during business hours to answer incoming phone calls related to after-sales service promptly. Ensure a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers.
Call Backs: Initiate call backs to customers when forwarded callback requests are received from other teams within the company, such as the operations team or marketing team. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.
Written Communication: Write professional and courteous follow-up emails to customers when phone calls cannot reach them. Demonstrate an understanding of basic written etiquette. Respond to email inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Task Management: Effectively manage all assigned tasks, ensuring that every call or callback request is followed up with promptly. Proactively handle incoming calls and demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing customer needs.
Communication and System Updates: Proactively provide updates to relevant parties on Slack after a call is completed. Have the ability to understand our system and update it as required based on the information gathered during the call.
Technical Requirements: Maintain a stable internet connection and possess the necessary hardware, such as headphones and laptops, to perform job duties effectively.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through on customer requests.
Familiarity with our company’s products and services is a plus.
Technical Aptitude: Able to understand basic technical content and provide assistance based on what you learn.
