About the Roles

This role will work closely and report to the CS Manager and is expected to:

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, figuring out the cause of the problem, explaining the solution, and/or getting help to fix the customer issue as needed.
‘Read’ customers and use ‘positive language’
Prioritize communication and the needs of the customer first
Know how to manage time properly between tasks
Know how to follow instructions, and ask questions when instructions are not clear
Execute any administrative tasks that the company needs action on and prepare any reports that are required.

Our ideal candidate

Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of relevant customer support and administration experience in an online business environment
Consistency and efficiency in work and reliability

Knowledge of Stripe, Chargebee & Active Campaign is an advantage

Workstation Requirements

Mac or PC with at least 8GB of RAM and stable Internet connection

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time remote work which requires 45 hours a week with a 10-hour block availability (including one-hour off for lunch). We are looking for two staff, one to do Shift 1 and one to do Shift 2.

Shift 1: 6.00 a.m to 4 p.m PH time (one-hour lunch must be finished by 1pm)

Monday-Friday (ON), then Saturday to Monday (3 Days OFF), then Tuesday to Saturday (ON) then Sunday (OFF 1 day). Then Repeat. (So first week, 3 days off, 2nd week 1 day off. Then the third week, 3 days off. Then the fourth week one day off)

Shift 2: 2 pm to 12 pm PH time (one-hour meal must be finished by 7pm)

Tuesday to Saturday (ON) then Sunday (OFF 1 day), then Monday-Friday (ON), then Saturday to Monday (3 Days OFF). Then Repeat. So first week, 1 day off, 2nd week 3 days off. etc

From time to time there may be some reasonable variation in the timing of the 10 hour work. Any changes to the shifts or extra hours may be required with ample notice.
