We are Exclusive Short Stays – a serviced accommodation provider based in the West Midlands, UK with properties available for people to book and stay on a short-term basis (like a hotel, but the guests share a house instead).

About the Position:

• Administering reservations by communicating with customers
• Customer care, support and communications
• Phone calls to customers to take security deposits
• Preparing and sending invoices to customers
• Using Stripe to take credit card payments / invoice customers
• General administration such as creating inventory reports and placing linen orders
• Communicating with Cleaners and Property Managers including booking new cleans and documenting data returned from staff
• Using Google Forms to communicate cleaning requirements
• Checking supplier invoices
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential

Working Hours:

Full time hours required – 40 hours per week. However there may be occasional times when you need to work more hours. We reward for hard work and innovative ideas.

Working hours of 8am – 4pm GMT with a 1-hour break, 5 days per week. The time zone changes to BST in the summer months (one hour earlier than GMT). In Philippines time this is 16:00 – 00:00 (GMT) or 15:00 – 23:00 (BST).

Required working days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Candidates are required to be flexible as working days may change, for example when other staff are on holiday or sick.

Remuneration:

$500 US per month, to be reviewed after 6 months pending good performance.

How you will be compensated:

• Weekly pay
• We will discuss a pay review after the first 6 months
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick
• days or vacation days (12 days maximum per year, to be used in the year accrued)
• These are the paid holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Labor Day, National Heroes Day, All Souls Day, Bonifacio Day, Rizal Day (7 days total)
