We looking for a full-time customer service and admin support person to work for Azura Jewelry New York () to manage customer service and shopify store administration. We need someone to work Mon – Fri 9 am to 5 pm EST. We require someone to work with us during these specific hours, as they are crucial to our operations. (Please do not apply if you can’t work on EST hours)
Job Responsibilities:
Scope of tasks:
1. Communicating with customers through Reamaze, our helpdesk central, where you can answer questions and queries coming in through FB chat, Instagram, social media comments, emails, and live chat all in one place.
2. Create and manage Product listing across shopify website, etsy and other platforms.
3. Knowing our products and policy inside and out so that you can answer questions.
4. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
5. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in shopify comments.
6. File insurance claims for lost packages.
7. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process..
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
9. Data Entry
10. Other ad-hoc admin tasks
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
1. Attention to detail is a MUST
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Exceptional time management and organizational skills
4. High-speed internet connection and working PC/laptop
5. Have a great work ethic and is 100% reliable
6. Proficiency with Google Workspace platform including Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
8. Someone with a strong desire to learn and produce high-quality work
