Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
– Manage scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks
– Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
– MINIMAL ACCENT REQUIRED; frequent phone calls demand clear communication with US-based clients
– Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
– Must submit a voice recording sample
– Minimum 1 year experience in customer service roles for US-based companies
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
– A strong passion for customer service
– Willingness to work US hours
– Willingness to work varying/flexible hours during the week, such as 4-6 hours on some days, and 10-12 hours on others (not to exceed 40 hours per week)
– Must use Timeproof for time-keeping

This position is eligible for the 13th month bonus provided the applicant meets satisfactory benchmarks and stays with the company a minimum of 6 months.
