Customer Service Representative and VA for an E-commerce Jewelry Company

Looking for an experienced customer service representative and VA to work with our online Sterling Silver jewelry start-up. We currently have a Shopify store and a store on Etsy. The position is for full-time, long-term employment.

Tasks include answering customers’ questions about our products, giving instructions for exchanges and returns, and any other inquiries they may have. Customer service is extremely important to our business and we are looking for a candidate that can go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are a small but fast-growing business and looking for a candidate that is responsible, trustworthy, dependable, and looking to work with us long-term. There is a lot of opportunity for growth.

The requirements are:

– Excellent communication skills and fluent in English without any grammatical mistakes when writing.
– Minimum 1 years of customer service experience
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries
– Having a good knowledge of our products
– Working with us to improve our process and efficiency
– Helping with other tasks such as research, help with social media and some graphic design work
– Having your own computer with secure access, preferably a large monitor and a good headset. All customer service work is online base, no phone calls. The headset is for communicating with the rest of the team when needed.

If you have experience with Etsy, Shopify and email marketing like Klaviyo, that is a big plus.

Other experiences like social media management, experience with Photoshop, or other software such as Asana, Trello and Canva are great assets, please include them in your application.
