We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support while leveraging your expertise in Shopify and e-commerce!

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls.
– Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, shipping status, and returns/exchanges.
– Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
– Collaborate with other departments, such as the logistics and product teams, to address customer concerns effectively.
– Process orders and payments accurately, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process.
– Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
– Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
– Participate in customer service training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

– MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDERED.
– Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment.
– Proficiency in using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms to manage customer orders, refunds, and inquiries.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic tone.
– Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
– Passionate about snowboarding or skiing, or other outdoor sports with a genuine interest in our products and target audience.
– Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Detail-oriented and committed to providing accurate information to customers.
– A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or e-commerce are a plus.
– Must have an up-to-date laptop or computer.
– RELIABLE BACK UP WiFi system to mitigate potential outages.

Experience:

E-commerce: 2 years (Required)
