Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. You will interact with customers through phone calls and will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address their needs.
Good English & typing skills are a must and I’m looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, and eager to work and learn. We are looking for someone who does not mind repetitive work, who can work fast, and accurately.
This is for a full-time, 40 hour commitment each week.

Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats in a professional and courteous manner.
-Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information and solutions.
-Escalate complex customer issues to higher levels of management as needed.
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:
-Ability to Work Independently
-At least 1-2 years in BPO
-Prior customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
