Position Summary:
The Customer Service representative (CSR) team member is a crucial part of our inside sales team. The candidate will be handling all incoming purchase orders (POs) from our customers and disbursing them to individual farmers (vendors) to be fulfilled. They will also upload POs to our accounting software (Quick Books Online) and generate invoice to be sent to our customers. The CSR will also be responsible for undertaking all required administrative tasks, ensuring that the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently. The candidate must be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, be self-motivated and trustworthy. The individual is required to have previous experience working in an CSR or similar role and have hands-on experience using office management programs. In addition, the individual must have attention to detail, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Be the main conduit of communication between the customer and vendor regarding orders (POs) being placed.
• Carefully reviewing orders before being passed to vendors and confirming back to customers.
• Ensuring product is delivered to the customers location in a timely fashion by being in contact with carrier.
• Uploading the POs in the accounting software and receiving the invoices from the vendors.
• Issuing invoices to customers for product delivered.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
