**Position Type:** Full-time, 5-6 days per week

**Working Hours:** 8-10 hours per day, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

**Salary:** $700 per month (starting), with potential for a raise

Go2Lister is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for Amazon sellers. Our cutting-edge software is designed to streamline and expedite the listing process for Amazon sellers. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (Chatbot Specialist) who is not a robot! We value independent thinkers and creative problem solvers who can help us systematize solutions for recurring customer questions.

**Responsibilities:**
– Respond to customer inquiries primarily via our chatbot system, while maintaining a human touch.
– Handle email communications professionally and efficiently, addressing customer concerns and providing creative solutions.
– Conduct Zoom calls with customers to walk them through technical issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
– Systematize solutions for recurring customer questions by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Think independently and come up with creative solutions to address customer needs.
– Maintain a high level of responsiveness to ensure timely customer assistance.
– Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
– Continuously improve knowledge of Go2Lister’s software and its features.
– Adhere to Go2Lister’s company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proven experience in handling chatbots effectively to assist customers.
– Ability to think independently and creatively to provide unique solutions to customer issues.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Availability to work 5-6 days per week, 8-10 hours per day, within the hours of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
– Must be reliable and punctual.
– Previous customer service experience is a plus.
– Make SOPs for recurring problems

**Qualifying Questions:**
1. Can you provide an example of a situation where you came up with a creative solution to a recurring customer question? How did you systematize this solution in SOPs for others to use?

2. In what ways do you maintain a human touch in chatbot interactions to ensure customers feel they are interacting with a real person and not a machine?

3. Describe a challenging email interaction you’ve had with a customer. How did you creatively address their concern and maintain professionalism?

4. How do you prepare for a Zoom call to effectively walk a user through technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience?

5. How would you approach creating an SOP for a common customer issue, and what key elements would you include to make it user-friendly for your team members?
