Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ensures excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via Emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
Maintaining a consistently upbeat, sympathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
Addressing client complaints after they are acknowledged.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Help with customer survey creation, segmentation, and feedback gathering to enhance our procedures, products, and customer experience
To manage all daily tasks and responsibilities associated with the process while strictly adhering to the rules.
Maintain a positive relationship with consumers through constant communication
Take the extra mile to engage customers

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, chat and email support
Extensive experience in email support is required. Having chat support experience is a plus
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, i.e. email/chat support.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work successfully in a collaborative atmosphere to achieve goals
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am MST – 5pm MST // Monday – Friday 11pm-8am PHT
Salary Range: PHP 26,000 – PHP 35,000 monthly, Depending on experience
