Job Description

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

This person will:

** To assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via
Emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
** Maintaining a consistently upbeat, sympathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
** Addressing client complaints after they are acknowledged.
** Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
** Help with customer survey creation, segmentation, and feedback gathering to enhance our procedures, products, and customer experience
** To manage Social media (facebook, twitter) and App queries
** To manage all daily tasks and responsibilities associated with the process while strictly adhering to the rules.
** Maintain a positive relationship with consumers through constant communication
** Coordinate and interact with coworkers.

The ideal candidate should have:

** Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the similar field.
** Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, i.e. email/chat support.
** Track record of over-achieving quota
** Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
** Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
** Excellent communication and presentation skills
** Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
** Ability to work successfully in a collaborative atmosphere to achieve goals
** Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
Work core hours are in the Eastern Time Zone and can vary between 7 am ET to 10 pm ET depending on needs.
Salary Range Php 11,250 – 15,000 (15 hours per week)
