Position: Customer Service Representative (English and Filipino Speaker)
Location: Makati, Philippines

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support in both English and Filipino through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to cater to our local market.
2. Assist customers with inquiries related to user experience of the software, ensuring accurate and helpful responses.
3. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated customer concerns, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
5. Stay up-to-date with our products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements:
1. Fluent in both English and Filipino (written and spoken).
2. College degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) or higher in any discipline.
3. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, delivering exceptional service even in challenging situations.
7. Familiarity with local gaming preferences and culture is highly desirable.
8. Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
9. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
