Seeking Customer Service Representative
Seeking a diligent and responsive Customer Interaction Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who can manage daily tasks effectively and is available throughout the day to ensure timely and professional communication with our customers.

There are no fixed hours – Emails and Messages through Instagram and Facebook simply need a reply within 14 hours.
Managing Social Media Interactions: Monitor and respond to messages on our Meta Business Suite, ensuring positive engagement. Negative comments should be hidden but not deleted, and not every comment requires a response. Simply reply to answer questions and reply to positive comments to boost engagement
Email Correspondence: Handle incoming emails via Zoho, replying within a 14-hour window. The role involves reading all new emails, responding professionally to each, and addressing any queries or concerns. Also updating any issues through shopify or marking them on a google sheet so the team can see.
Feel comfortable and be proactive in asking for help and guidance when necessary, especially when dealing with new or complex issues. Please note that, temporarily, you will be required to take screenshots of some replies to ask for feedback. Salary can always go up beyond the range because it really depends on how good you do. Really does not matter when or how you do it as long as you do it well. If you can do these tasks I would love to give you more responsibilities and pay you more.
