We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our international team. You would be welcomed into a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company with 14 young team members from all over the world. We work ambitiously to create the #1 brand within our niche, with our mission being to provide pets with the most comfortable life possible. We sell and ship pet products worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, and more.

Job Description:
As our customer service representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after they buy products. You will assist customers with questions related to shipping times, product quality, processing returns, product usage, and more. The precise number of hours required for this role depends on demand and could be different each month It currently resembles a 20-hour position per week. We anticipate that the workload will increase to 40 hours in the coming weeks. Initially, this role is temporary, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

What you will be doing:
– Responding to customer inquiries via email.
– Handling customer orders, returns, account information changes, and refunds in accordance with company procedures and policies.
– Ensuring accurate data entry in Google Sheets with perfect attention to detail.
– Collaborating with the team through Slack for seamless communication.
– Proactively aligning all thinking with the company’s goals.
– Attending all meetings punctually.
– Maintaining daily communication with the customer service team leader to ensure the team remains informed.
– Participating in weekly consultations with our customer service team leader.
– Engaging in monthly team-building meetings with the entire team.

What we expect from you:
– Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Proficient in advanced English.
– Outstanding communication skills.
– 3 years of customer service experience.
– Shopify/Zendesk experience (preferred).
– Good internet connection, working camera, and audio.
– Taking full responsibility for all given tasks.
