We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service, and contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships. You will manage client interactions with professionalism and care, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with timely and effective solutions. Your role is crucial in the smooth operation and success of our marketing campaigns, from conception through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing exceptional customer service. Respond to emails, Slack messages, and manage support tickets efficiently.
Client Meetings: Attend client meetings to discuss campaign objectives, deliver reports, and provide updates on campaign progress. Ensure clients are informed and engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Report Management: Regularly update deliverables reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide insights and advice client on campaign performance.
Campaign Support: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign details and objectives. Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a digital marketing agency setting. Candidates with previous account management experience in a digital marketing agency will be given priority.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and key digital marketing terminology and concepts.
Time Zone: Ability to work in the PST time zone.
Independence: Strong ability to work independently, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
