Our online pet company creates large online events and digital products for pet owners and experts. Our mission is to help pets, and their owners share a better quality of life together by providing them with the information they need to raise a happy, healthy pet.
We are an Australian company; however, most of our audience is USA based. We are looking for someone who can work the USA hours.
ABOUT YOU:
+ You have 2+ years experience in customer service, managing inbound inquiries and resolving customer issues and concerns
+ You have experience with a helpdesk and chat service, and the best practices and KPIs required to do your role
+ You know how to update our FAQ knowledgebase and ensure it is always up to date as the business evolves and changes
+ You are a self-starter, who can work autonomously and reliably
+ You are organized and get excited about systems, processes, and checklists
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Replying to customer support tickets in Freshdesk
– Chatting Live to our customers via Freschat
– Streamlining the customer support process and adding to the knowledgebase
– Working with other team members to resolve customer inquiries
– Manage comments on our social media channels
– Other adhoc tasks to support other team members with tasks involving our customers
