Customer Service Representative (Including weekends)

And I have to state upfront, this job isn’t for everyone. We’re looking for a very unique person to fill this job and become a valuable member of our team..

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisation and a hardworking, positive attitude who can provide our customers with outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a proactive individual who can quickly learn our processes and systems to help us deal with inbound customer inquiries in a timely manner.

This role will mostly involve dealing with customers inquiries by email and instant messaging. Although there may be other tasks required as part of the role.

You can do this job completely from your home if you have a high speed Internet connection.

We’re really looking for that special person that could become a ‘superstar’ on our team.

**Here’s just some of the criteria that this person would meet:**

– Has a minimum of 2 years customer service experience

– Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection.

– Speaks, Reads, and Writes excellent English.

– Is a highly skilled communicator capable of communicating effectively with both customers and other members of the team to resolve issues quickly.

– Experience working with CRMs or Customer Service Software (preferably Zendesk)

– Can work from home without distractions.

– Can use Skype and make video calls.

– Has a PayPal account.

– Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained in other skills.

– Can work part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential of hours increasing over time.

– Happy to work Saturdays and Sundays, between 8am London time to 9pm London time.
