Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
– Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone.
– Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
– Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

UTILIZE E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS:
– Proficiently navigate and manage customer interactions on the Shopify platform.
– Leverage the CRM platform Gorgias to streamline customer communication and issue resolution.
– Stay updated on product listings, promotions, and other relevant information within the e-commerce platforms.

ORDER PROCESSING:
– Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
– Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
– Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders.

REQUIREMENTS:
– KNOWLEDGE IN GOLF OR ACTUALLY PLAYS GOLF IS A MUST
– Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment.
– Familiarity with Shopify and CRM systems, specifically Gorgias.
– Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or e-commerce are a plus.
– Tech-savvy with a dedicated home office setup, including:
– Minimum internet speed of 100mbps.
– Dual-monitor setup for increased productivity.
– Reliable backup WiFi system to mitigate potential outages.

SCHEDULE:
– Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm PST (12am to 4am Manila Time)
