Position Overview:
As a Customer Service and Lead Generation Specialist at ReveMoto, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our customers while also actively contributing to the growth and success of our business through lead generation efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our valued customers and drive business development initiatives.
Working Schedule:
-40 hours/week
-8 hours/day
-Morning Central Standard Time (might change depending on availability)
-Monday through Friday (might change depending on availability)
-1 hour unpaid lunch
-Two 10min paid breaks
Responsibilities:
-Provide superior customer service support across various channels including phone, email, and live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our brand.
-Actively engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking to identify potential prospects within the automotive industry.
-Qualify leads and collaborate with our sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer service and sales efforts, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
-Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of customer service and lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service and/or lead generation roles preferred, preferably within the automotive industry.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and targets.
-Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
