We are a small company with a distribution center in Mount Pleasant. We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, problem-solving, and are a quick learner, this is a great opportunity for you. The individual we are looking to bring on board would have the opportunity to grow into a more sales-based position down the road.

Job Responsibilities:

– Answer phone calls, emails, and manage communication via the chat box in a professional manner
– Process orders that come in via phone calls
– Be a product expert
– Manage exchanges, warranty claims, and discrepancies
– Address and problem-solve for customer issues
– Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
– Manage records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Assist in streamlining internal processes

Qualifications we are looking for:

– Can work at 9am – 5pm CST (11pm – 7 am PHT)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $8 per hour

Schedule: 9am – 5pm CST (11pm – 7 am PHT)

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay (to be discussed once hired)

Education: College Graduate (Preferred)

Customer Service Experience: at least 1 year (Preferred)
