Customer Service Representative – Phone & Chat Customer Support

Work schedule available: US Eastern Time – Within the Company’s Business Hours – 8:00 am -11:59 pm EST
Days of Work: 5 Days a week.
This role starts ASAP.

As a Customer Service Representative at Five Star Retail Brands, a typical day will include the following:
– Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and text messages
– Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
– Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
– Cooperate with other team members and report to the superiors
– Process cancellations, refunds, and returns
– Communicate to the warehouse to ensure we’re delivering all orders on time
– Update customers about the status of their orders
– Archiving emails

What you need:
– Strong experience in customer service on the phone & chat
– Relevant experience in a remote job or work-from-home
– Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
– Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
– Have a responsible mindset, with a sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
