Salary: 30,000PHP per month (starting rate / 160 Hours)

Work Hours / Schedule: Part-Time, Schedule is to be determined on day/s off but hours will be
Hours: 5PM to 9PM EST on weekdays; 12pm-9pm on weekends

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact with customers throughout the day by providing them with remarkable service to help them with their questions, concerns, or with placing an order – by phone, email, and chat.

You’ll assist customers with product selection decisions by providing suggestions or information.

Attend calls with customers who require more information regarding various products that can be found on our website.

Place follow-up calls and send follow-up emails to customers

Return emails and voicemails in a timely and responsive manner.

Conduct outreach/outbound calls

Accurately enter customer-provided information in a web-based store and production processing system.

Effectively communicate with the warehouse team regarding shipments.

Participate in training sessions with your Manager and actively seek professional development.

Assist in other areas as needed and when time allows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• MUST be fluent in verbal and written English with a neutral accent.

• MUST have previous customer service experience of at least 5 years, with VA experience is a plus.

• Comfortable and great communication skills through phone, email, and chat.

• With a quiet workspace (will be taking calls frequently with customers, team members, and participating in meetings to take notes.)

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and tasks to be accomplished.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound is a plus.

• Must have experience with Slack, (but can be trained), RingCentral (can be trained), ShipStation (can be trained), Google Sheets (for inputting your daily reports), Intercom (can be trained), and basic administrative tasks such as Gmail/Gsuite, Data Entry, procuring product and shipping status updates via shipment websites or through Slack.

• Stable Internet connection

• Must have your own workspace set up, laptop or desktop of at least i5 or higher, ability to run basic working apps, multiple browser tabs and software, and having a secondary monitor is preferred but not required.
