Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Representative with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Ecommerce Customer Service, specifically with expertise in Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all calls, managing emails, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, along with the ability to perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
? Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
? Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
? Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies.
? Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
? Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
? Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
? Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in every interaction.
? Meet and exceed performance targets in areas such as customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and response time.
Requirements:
? Experience Level: Minimum 2 years in Ecommerce Customer Service with proficiency in Shopify.
? Location: Remote
? Working Hours: Full-Time, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
? Weekly Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
? Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
? Availability to work in a remote setting and adapt to different time zones if required.
? A high level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
