As a remote customer service representative with our property management company, you can care for your family, support your community, and still have a fulfilling career.

This is a full -time position that can not be combined with other employment.

This is not a call center position, you are not just another number for us.

We offer:

Hourly compensation range: $5-$7 USD per hour
A regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m (CT) with weekends off
Customized training and ongoing training
Ten days of PTO every year

To qualify you must:

Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (C1 or C2 English Level)
Have previous customer service and administrative experience working for a US based Property Management company
Be tech savvy: we work with different platforms all the time.
Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, and microphone
Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection
Have a comfortable, quiet working space
Have full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Central Standard Time)

A remote customer service representative will:
Manage customer support via phone calls, Livechat, and emails (looking for a multitasker!)
Research and validate information in our database
Provide general information about the company and services to inquiries
Identify and assign the correct departments to address customer emails and calls
Maintain high standards of quality consistent with our values
Continually grow and master new skills
