Position Overview:

We are a company based in Australia and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will play a key role in providing excellent service and support to our clients, including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on our clients’ real estate journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance and support throughout the real estate transaction process.
-Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information on available properties, listings, and rental options.
-Coordinate property showings, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
-Assist with the preparation of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Liaise with real estate agents, brokers, landlords, and property managers to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve issues as needed.
-Maintain client records, update databases, and ensure timely and accurate communication with all parties involved in the transaction.
-Stay informed of market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
-Provide exceptional customer service at all times, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on the real estate industry.
-Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems (e.g., MLS, Salesforce) is preferred.
