Role Overview:
As our first non-founder employee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AACC ONLINE. We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our students and prospective learners, assisting with course inquiries and the Florida CAM license application process. This is an opportunity to grow with us and make a significant impact in our supportive, flexible, and student-centric environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 1 AM PH Time (8 AM to 1 PM EST)
Primary Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails with inquiries about our courses and the Florida CAM license application process.
– Provide technical support, including password resets and assistance with navigating our website and course materials.
– Efficiently navigate WordPress websites, Outlook email, and RingCentral VOIP phone system.
– Uphold our commitment to integrity and transparent communication in all interactions.
Requirements:
– Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
– Strong understanding of web based application and/or experience with WordPress, Outlook, and VOIP systems (we use RingCentral)
– Reliable computer, stable Wi-Fi connection, and a headset.
– Passionate about providing flexible, accessible education and aligned with our core values of work-life balance and self-directed learning.
– A bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, adding a valuable perspective to our team.
