Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are a US-based multinational company seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

In this role, the Customer Service Representative will need to be skilled in providing timely and friendly communication to customers. This may involve actively search for customer contact information through various sources, including but not limited to open-source tools. Also, it will be necessary to compile it into a centralized customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep it organized and accessible for future interactions.
The representative also will be responsible making calls for initial introductions or follow-up inquiries, sending regular emails to contacts on mailing lists, and distributing newsletters and announcements for providing updates and news and technical comparisons, among other tasks.
Clear communication and an understanding of customer needs are essential to creating a positive customer experience.
Odoo is a popular CRM software used to manage customer data and business activities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to have a working knowledge of the software to keep contact information up to date and to schedule activities for opportunities according to customer groups. You will also need to log follow-up activities and correspondence for each customer to maintain a complete history of all interactions.
Overall, the role of a Customer Service Representative requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The goal is to ensure that customers receive the support they need in a timely and effective manner, resulting in a positive customer experience that strengthens their relationship with the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Odoo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours of 11 am to 7 pm EST.
• Ability to work remotely from home.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
