Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team as a Virtual Assistant. As part of this role, we require excellent English speaking and written skills and a degree-level education.
As part of the Customer Service role, handling all incoming verbal communication within an established Orthopaedic practice will be a large element of the role, alongside managing emails and arranging client appointments. The candidate will be required to be organised, well spoken and have the ability to enter data without errors.
You will be required to work within a US (Dallas) time zone from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 9am to 5pm CST and provide your own laptop/desktop. The successful candidate will be required to articulately communicate in English, verbally and in writing, and be highly organised with an eye for detail.
Essential Functions:
– Answering the telephone confidently in English
– Booking appointments via telephone and emails
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
– Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
– Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
– Collect and analyse customer feedback to ensure smoother process
– Handling and responding to customer complaints and reviews
– Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
– Miscellaneous tasks to support your manager
