We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Customer Service Representative with experience in social media management, email marketing, and basic sales. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer support while also engaging with our audience on social media platforms and contributing to our marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
– Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
– Support the sales team by identifying potential leads, conducting follow-up communications, and providing product or service information.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
– Track and report on customer interactions and trends to help improve our service delivery.
– Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Must-Have Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (Shopify) or similar role.
– Strong knowledge and experience in social media management, including familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
– Experience with email marketing tools and techniques.
– Basic sales experience with the ability to identify and pursue potential leads.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Proficient in using CRM software, Fiverr and other customer service tools.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
