As the front-line ambassador of our brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience and receive timely, knowledgeable assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Shopify and Gorgias to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders efficiently.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gorgias with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Provide top-tier customer service via email, chat, and occasionally phone, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
Assist customers with product selection, sizing, order tracking, and returns, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
Offer expert advice on our range of women’s dance shoes and, when applicable, share your fashion industry insights.
Collaborate with the team to address complex customer concerns and find solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues for continuous improvement.
Contribute to creating and updating customer service resources and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience using Gorgias for customer service in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in Shopify and experience with e-commerce platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and clarity.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage and prioritize customer inquiries effectively.
Previous experience in the fashion industry and familiarity with women’s shoe businesses is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
